Parks Brown published an article with the Section Report for the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the Texas State Bar on the topic of “Solar Leasing from the Landowner’s Perspective.”  The Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas publishes a quarterly Section Report for all Section members. UFJBWR partner Trace Burton was elected Treasurer of the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources (“OGERL”) section of the State Bar of Texas for OGERL’s 2020-2021 term.  Mr. Burton was elected during OGERL’s Annual Meeting on June, 26, 2020, at the Briar Club in Houston, Texas.  OGERL was established in 1938 as the "Natural Resources Section" and is the oldest section of the State Bar of Texas.
