Associates Ezra Johnson and Robert Park co-authored “Just Because You Are Nonparticipating, Doesn’t Mean You Can’t Have Fun”, a paper on nonparticipating royalty interests, non-executive interests and the duty of the executive right holder. The paper was published in the Oil and Gas Section of the State Bar of Texas’ Quarterly Report, Summer 2013.
