Robert Park and F. On Friday, February 28, 2020, Anson Howard spoke to the Texas Bankers Association Real Estate, Oil & Gas Conference on the topic of “Negotiating Easement Agreements”.  The audience consisted of mineral managers, farm and ranch managers, and trust officers from banks all over Texas.  The presentation focused on the best negotiation strategies to ensure that landowners receive the strongest easement terms and maximum compensation. F. Parks Brown and Ryan M. Lammert passed the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) exam and are now Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law. They join the other seven Board Certified attorneys and one Board Certified paralegal at Uhl Fitzsimons and we are very proud of their great achievement. Prior to joining UFJBW, Ryan served as an Administrative Law Judge at the Railroad Commission of Texas presiding over the Commission’s oil and gas docket involving complex complaint, enforcement, and compliance proceedings.
